We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting on Monday night, May 18, 2026, and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here is what happened:

Public Works Supervisor Tim Scott gave the Public Works report for the month of April 2026 (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting).

Residents of Glenfield Road in Aleppo Township expressed their concerns about the dramatic increase in large dump truck traffic along the road in front of the homes. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting).

A Glenfield Road resident from Sewickley Hills spoke about the increase in truck traffic, road debris, and damage to the roadway along Glenfield Road. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting).

The Board voted to adopt the Resolution to Extend the Contract with Ohio Township for Police Services through December 31, 2026. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting).

Treasurer Clayton Steup gave the financial reports for the months of March and April 2026 (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting).

Commissioners approved donations to both the Leetsdale 4th of July Committee and the Aleppo Township Volunteer Fire Company Annual Fundraising Campaign (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting).
