The Workshop Meeting originally scheduled for July 10, 2023 has been CANCELLED.  The next meeting will be the Legislative Meeting on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 7:00 PM.

We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting on Monday night, June 19, 2023, and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here is what happened:

  • Chief Hanny gave the Police Report for the month of May 2023. He reminded residents that any phone call you receive where the caller requests a gift card as payment is always a scam. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Police
  • The Commissioners received the Public Works report, and they approved a Change Order to the paving contract to include a tar and chip coat on Ingleside Drive, Park Way, and Veshio Drive as part of the 2023 Paving Project.  (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #PublicWorks #PavingProject
  • Commissioner Richert reported that we will be establishing a new management contact at Amazon for our regular check-in meetings. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Amazon
  • Tax Collector/Treasurer Clayton Steup gave the financial reports for the month of May 2023. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #TaxCollector

  • Sewickley Heights Manor has submitted a request for the Township to remove three dead trees/limbs from the islands in Sewickley Heights Drive.  (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #SewickleyHeightsManor
  • Lost Dog: Commissioner Haluka reported that a Yorkie named Dexter was lost from a home near the back end of Sewickley Heights Drive and asked that people be on the lookout for the dog. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #LostDog
