As the name suggests, the Aleppo Township Volunteer Fire Company is an all-volunteer organization. Click here to make a donation to support the services of the men and women who protect us and our homes from the danger of fire. Also, be on the lookout for their great annual events: their open house in the spring and “Santa on a Fire Truck” in December.
The ATVFC is always looking for new members. If you are interested in volunteering, or would simply like some more information, please feel free to stop by the station any Monday night between 7:00 – 10:00 PM. You can also check their Facebook page or get more information from their website.
Open Burning Regulations
Aleppo Township follows Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) regulations regarding open burning. Fires may be no larger than 3 feet wide by 3 feet long by 2 feet high – the size of a recreational fire pit. Residential burn barrels are not allowed.
