Hello Aleppo Residents and Friends –

We had an Aleppo Workshop Meeting on Monday night, April 8, 2024, and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here is what happened:

  • The Board considered a proposal from the Township’s engineers for the proposed 2024 Tar and Chip Paving Project. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #TarAndChipping
  • President Jones and Vice President Williams gave a recap of the sessions they attended at the ALOM Spring Conference. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #ALOMConference
  • The Sewickley Memorial Day Celebration is coming soon, and the organizers have asked all Quaker Valley residents to consider making a donation towards the event. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #SewickleyMemorialDayCelebration
  • Commissioner Darragh noted that the sealant on the new paving joints is still sticky and asked that the engineers check on it. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #PavingProject

We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting on Monday night, April 17, 2023, and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here is what happened:

  • Chief Hanny gave the Police Report for the month of March. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Police

  • The committee updating the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance is continuing to draft the proposed updates. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #SALDO #Ordinance
