Here is what happened:

Here is what happened:
- The Commissioners will vote on the ASO Joint Comprehensive Plan Adoption Resolution at the January Legislative Meeting. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #ASO

- Vacancy on Aleppo Township Authority Board: Len Kinter, longtime Aleppo resident and member of the Aleppo Township Authority Board, has passed away. The Commissioners are seeking letters of interest from residents and/or customers of the Authority to finish out the remainder of the term (ending 12/31/2022). Here is what happened:
- The ASO Joint Comprehensive Plan Adoption Resolution will be on the agenda for adoption at the December Legislative Meeting. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #ASO #Resolution
- Ordinances setting the 2021 Real Estate Tax rate and adopting the 2021 Budget will be on the December Legislative Meeting. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). The Township millage/property tax rate will stay at 3.5 mills for 2021. #Ordinance #TaxRate #Budget
- Several Board and Commission terms are ending as of December 31, 2020, and most of the sitting members have expressed an interest in being re-appointed. We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting on Monday night, November 16, 2020 and I wanted to tell you what happened.
Before the start of the regular Legislative Meeting, the Board held a Conditional Use Hearing to consider amending the approvals for the commercial garages located at 695 Glen Mitchell Road (Louie & Sons). They also learned about the Trapizona Plan of Lots No. 4 Subdivision Plan submitted for the same property. Here is what happened:

- We are currently in the public comment period for the updated ASO Joint Comprehensive Plan between Aleppo, Sewickley, and Glen Osborne. The Aleppo Township Board of Commissioners will be meeting in person tonight in the Township building for their September 14, 2020 Workshop Meeting. However, to ensure proper social distancing, we will be limiting the number of people in the room at one time. Anyone attending the meeting must wear a face mask. We encourage residents to submit their comments in advance of the meeting when possible.

- Prior to the beginning of the Legislative Meeting, two Conditional Use Hearings were held regarding applications to develop two commercial parking lots on North Drive in the 79 North Industrial Park. - The Board heard a presentation regarding the Parcel B Land Development Application to construct a warehouse building along Deer Run Road in the 79 North Industrial Park Parcel B Land Development.
