Hi, Neighbors. We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting last week and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here’s what happened:

  • We heard an application for a subdivision of a lot that is half in Osborne and half in Aleppo. We will be voting on this application during our May meeting, so if you have any feedback on this issue, please let us know by reply email.   • We continued our discussion of the potential sale of vacant lot 422-G-351 and heard that there are some questions that need to be answered about the procedure to sell this property. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting.) #PlanningCommission, #BingoLots
  • We voted (5-0) to authorize the Solicitor to draft an amendment to our fracking Ordinance to include seismic survey, injection wells, and use table default for unlisted uses using the Bell Acres ordinances for reference. #Solicitor #Ordinance
  • We voted (5-0) to authorize Manager Patterson to contact the owner of the property at 690 Glen Mitchell Road to say that if the request to remove tires within 30 days is not met, we have no option but to contact DEP regarding the tires and other potential hazards at 690 Glen Mitchell Road.
