Legislative Digest – January 21, 2019

Hi, Neighbors. We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here’s what happened:

Our police chief told us what’s been going on in the township (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting and–as always–click here to read our police blotter.)

  • Our Township Manager told us how the public works crew has been spending their time and we voted (4-0) to authorize change Order #3 to the Mele & Mele contract for the road work. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting.) #PublicWorks

  • We voted (4-0) to approve the Conditional Use Application of Northway Christian Community Church and Alderman Holdings to use the property located at 200 Deer Run Road as a place of worship or assembly subject to the written conditions. Workshop Digest – January 14, 2019

Hi, Neighbors. We had an Aleppo Workshop Meeting last week and I wanted to let you know what happened.

Here’s what happened:

  • We discussed our 2019 Goals. We will be voting to adopt the 2019 goals as listed on Monday, so please let us know if you have any thoughts about these goals. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting and click here to see our list of potential goals for 2019.) #Goals
  • We discussed a resolution concerning the potential sale of vacant lot 422-G-351 and heard that we will discuss this further next month. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting.) #PlanningZoning
