Hello Aleppo Residents and Friends –

We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting on Monday night, May 15, 2023, and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here is what happened:

• Chief Hanny gave the Police Report for the month of April.  He reminded residents to lock their vehicles to prevent items being stolen from unlocked cars. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Police

• Treasurer Clayton Steup presented the Tax Collector/Treasurer (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #TaxCollector

• Solicitor Anna Jewart reported that she and Solicitor Stone are working on the concept of an Emergency Management Coordinator serving multiple municipalities. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Solicitor #EmergencyManagementCoordinator

• Several roads (Ingleside Drive, Park Way, and Veshio Drive) may be added to the tar and chip list during the 2023 Paving Project. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #PavingProject

• The Board considered two donation request letters, and voted to approve a donation to the Aleppo Township Volunteer Fire Company. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Donation
