Hello Aleppo Residents and Friends –

We had an Aleppo Legislative Meeting on Monday night, October 18, 2021, and I wanted to tell you what happened.

Here is what happened:

  • Police Chief Joe Hanny gave the September 2021 police report. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Police

  • Commissioner Amy Richert announced that Amazon has provided the sign instructing all Amazon traffic to turn left as they exit North Drive onto Deer Run Road. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #Amazon #TrucksUsingRedgateRoad
  • The Commissioners re-approved the Glen Minogue Plan of Lots, as the original plan was not recorded within 90 days as required by Allegheny County. (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #GlenMinoguePlanOfLots

  • The Aleppo Township Authority is working on a draft feasibility study regarding the potential to provide sewers to the Kilbuck Run area, including the Glenfield Road corridor.   • The Off-site Meetings normally held in the fall at both Masonic Village and the Aleppo Township Fire Station have been cancelled due to COVID concerns.  (Click here to watch this portion of the meeting). #MeetingLocationChange
